Service at Brandon Honda is top-notch and cannot be compared with any other dealer service departments. Everyone is courtesy, helpful and engaging. There’s no ? in what to expect from the service depar compared with any other dealer service departments. Everyone is courtesy, helpful and engaging. There’s no ? in what to expect from the service department as it’s explained in lay-men terms up front. No pressure to accept any service recommendations unlike other dealership service departments I’ve used. Donnie was my advisor and he promised a specific time my car would be ready. Did I believe him? No, as it’s pretty hard to specifically guesstimate a time. Sure enough, on the dot, the time promised was exactly to the minute. Prices are competitive but having a dealership which specializes in Honda manufacturing helps. Look for coupons which are readily advertised. Cuts the cost down quite a bit.
