Great Assistant Service Manager Micheal Mack, worked very hard to be sure that all of our needs were met. Mack made sure that the recall on our 2018 CRV was repaired. It was a very long service and he helped us get a car to use while our car was repaired. The AC compressor had to be replaced. We would have been very uncomfortable if it had stopped working. Mack also had the service department do an overall check up for the other systems. A couple of weeks ago we brought the car in for another matter and the service tech discovered that the AC compressor was about to stop working. We are grateful for the help and vigilance of the Brandon Honda Service Department. We have worked with Jennifer Chasse for several years. She has now been promoted and Micheal Mack is not our contact. More

Excellent Service I cannot say enough about the service I received from Ryan Foster at Brandon Honda. I have a 2016 Honda Pilot and noticed the headlights began to clou I cannot say enough about the service I received from Ryan Foster at Brandon Honda. I have a 2016 Honda Pilot and noticed the headlights began to cloud. I live in North Palm Beach Florida. I called the local dealerships, Ed Morse Honda and Brahman Honda both refused to make a decision about the headlights and if they were covered under warranty. I made a call to Wesley Chapel Honda where I purchased the car and where I received excellent service in the past from Ryan Foster. Once again I was informed they were not sure if this was covered under warranty. I finally called Brandon Honda and spoke with Ryan. Ryan was able to confirm the headlights were under warranty and ordered the necessary parts. I was also due for an oil change and a 30k service for my Pilot. Ryan explained everything that needed to be done and how long it would take. I will continue to make the 3 hour drive for service like this. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! These days it can be difficult to trust dealerships but I completely trust Ryan Foster and Brandon Honda. Outstanding customer service! I would highly recommend anyone looking for service to ask for Ryan Foster. Five stars for sure! Thank You Ryan! More
