She was very helpful and even took to the time to show me how I had my oil changed for the first time in my new HRV. Jennifer Poindexter was the best. I have been getting my car service for oil change ever since I purchased my car. I have went to various Honda dealership here in Florida as well as Pennsylvania. He has been the ONLY rep to be able to actually get me to come back to purchase new tire and get an alignment. Any other time a rep has try to get me to get any other service, I always turn them down because it feels like they just want me to spend more money. Tyler actually showed us ALL the benefits of purchasing with Honda and did everything he could so we would leave Honda statisfy with our decision to purchased from Honda. More

Exceptional Service; Will Return The staff at Brandon Honda always take care of me & my vehicle, seemingly as if it were their own. Their attention to detail & thoroughness puts me at ease. They offered several services & allowed me to decide what was best for my Fit & budget. They compared the costs of a few tasks to a 30,000 mile package deal to determine that the package would save me hundreds of dollars. I was not aware of all the work required on the vehicle, especially since I was several weeks late for the scheduled service. Additionally, they honored a coupon after the work was completed, even though it said it must be presented at the time of writing the service order. This saved me an additional $40. It was convenient for me to drop off my vehicle overnight, even though the receptionist stated that the only available appointments were 2 days from the day of drop off. They were actually able to begin work on it on the day that I dropped it off. While traveling out of town, which unexpectedly extended over 2 nights, the polite advisors kept me up to date with the services performed. Each advisor I spoke to had an accurate summary of the work being done on the vehicle and provided cost estimates for different solutions as well. I appreciated this clear and timely communication. I know I have great value from the quality of work on my vehicle, & feel secure due to the exceptional quality of customer service provided. Thank you to Ryan Foster, my Assistant Service Manager, as well as advisors Hanani & Jen, & all staff for performing the service!! See you at 70,000 miles for the next package deal! More
