Quick oil change I needed an oil change and went to Brandon Honda. The place was packed and since I hadn’t make an appt I thought I would be there for at least 2-3 hou I needed an oil change and went to Brandon Honda. The place was packed and since I hadn’t make an appt I thought I would be there for at least 2-3 hours. My advisor told me he’ll see that it would be less than that. Honda airbag (second time) recall service So you require an appointment. We make an appointment for 10:30 last Friday, get there, check in lane and process very disorganized. Told to expect So you require an appointment. We make an appointment for 10:30 last Friday, get there, check in lane and process very disorganized. Told to expect a call in an hour or so to give me an estimated pickup time. Left cell number. No call by 1 p.m., called at 1:05 p.m., was placed on eternal hold, then call was put back into first time rotation. 7 minutes later girl picks up says will be ready by 2 p.m. No call, called at 3 p.m. again the long wait times, back in rotation, no one returned on phone, hung up after 8 minutes. Called again, 3:15 p.m., stories about how they left several messages, paperwork was with shop, etc. There were no messages house or cell phone, finally after long wait mechanic presumably is found and gives us overview and confirmed it is ready to pick up. Finally in a complete circle of incompetence I get an email today saying I missed my appointment. Very disorganized place, bad quality service. Will not return to Brandon Honda. Will not recommend for service to anyone I know. More
