A health check on the battery yielded a lower than desirable charge level on my battery and it was diligently replaced under warranty. The only hiccup I've noticed after that day is the fact that, for some reason, the option of "Navigation" on my tachometer, which I used to have engaged all the time, is now gone. This option allowed me to have a three-dimensional compass shown within the tachometer. At first I thought it might be due to some "calibration" issue and that it would correct itself after a few drives, so I have not brought this to anyone's attention. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the replacement of the battery or if it is just pure coincidence, but the fact is that, as of today, it is still gone. More
Great Service Late yesterday afternoon, my tire pressure indicator was on. I added air to the tires but I did not know how to turn off the indicator light. I took the car to the dealership and asked if they could show me how to turn the light off and also check the tires. Despite the fact that it was after 3 on a Saturday afternoon, they were happy to oblige me on both counts. My service advisor was Alica Gant. I could not have asked for better service! She kept me informed throughout the process. As it turned out I had picked up a nail in the sidewall of the tire. So I needed to purchase a new tire. I wasn't happy with the price. After the tire was installed she sent John out with me to instruct me how to turn off the indicator. John is a very patient man!!! I am completely delighted with the quality of service that I received. Both of these people provided outstanding customer service. It was a delight to deal with both of them. More

Starting 2013 Odyssey has been interminttent sluggish. Starting 2013 Odyssey has been interminttent sluggish and my wife is afraid that she will be stranded someday. Test were performed on Battery, charging system and alternator that show that all were good. However, that were a few other items that needed attention costing over $900.00. No resolution to the sluggish starting. As always, Jennifer Chasse has been a true professional both in technical explanations of problems and demeanor. More

Over and beyond It’s never a fun thing to have car trouble but I can truly say this was by far the best and most amazing experience I have ever had at a car dealer se It’s never a fun thing to have car trouble but I can truly say this was by far the best and most amazing experience I have ever had at a car dealer service department. It all started on the morning my daughter had to be in Tampa (we live in Sarasota) by 9:45am to catch a flight to see her grandparents in Texas. I went out to start the car, dead battery 😮. Finally after 10 minutes of trying to start it, finally it starts, thank goodness. She and I drive to airport without any issue to Tampa International. I walk her in to get her ticket. She heads off happily, I get to my car and you guessed it, it won’t start again 😮. So I luckily find someone to jump me and get it started. Make it to my office for Water Filter Warehouse and ask a coworker to follow me to Auto Zone to get battery/alternator checked. They do the check, it comes back that alternator is bad 😮. Seeing insurmountable bills piling up in my head I decide to check my Honda warranty (I have a 2016 Honda CRV) and realize that I thankfully bought a 100K mike warranty 😎 and am filled with relief. Of course there are some logistical obstacles with my work schedule to finagle but long story short I call Brandon Honda and am literally praying they can get me in (I am asking for a freaking miracle ya know) and the lovely girl who answers the phone tells me that indeed they can get my car in that day💥💥💥. Thankful is an understatement. If you can believe it, it gets even better when I meet Danny who is right there waiting (even though I was early due to an upcoming appointment) he reassured me that everything was fine and that it truly did sound like it was the alternator and that I had the best warranty and not to worry that he would call me a lyft and make sure I got to my upcoming appointment on time 😀. He said by the time I was out of my appointment he would have an update for me and he did just that..as soon as I left my appointment he had texted me and asked for me to call, he had good news, 😀! I call him and he tells me that it actually was my battery, they had run a full diagnosis on my car and found that the alternator checked out fine 🤔. From there he made sure that I was safe and I told him to go ahead and replace the battery and I would pick it up in the morning. He let me know that worked great and told me that if I needed a a ride that he was happy to get me another lyft. I had constant communication with him and let him know as soon as I as ready for the Lyft to pick me up. Just as soon as I let him know I was ready, he had a lyft on the way! The minute I arrived he explained all of the tests in detail and immediately put me at ease. Once we were done with all of the details I was on my way and my car has never run better. Fantastically wonderful experience from start to finish. Note: I did NOT have that type of experience dealing with the Sarasota dealership, night and day. I prefer to drive an hour to get to this amazing dealership who truly cares about their customers from literally start to finish. I feel confident that if I ever have any issue that my friend Danny will answer my text, great job Brandon Honda for hiring this incredible man. I plan to buy my next car from whoever Danny recommends to me. Thank you Danny from the bottom of my heart! More
