My particular model requires use of my Smart Phone to activate the use of the Navigation on the screen; only thing I hate on my vehicle. I have little to no patience trying to figure out the intricate computer systems in vehicles today. Mr. Augustine Cardona and Mr. Devin Watkins, Assistant Service Managers, went out of their way to educate me on my system. Short Notice Warranty Repair I was able to walk into Brandon Honda with no appointment just before 7pm with concern of my factory battery which seemed as if it was soon to go out I was able to walk into Brandon Honda with no appointment just before 7pm with concern of my factory battery which seemed as if it was soon to go out of commission. Nearing my 3 year 36,000 miles on 2017 Honda Accord I was able to walk in and expressed some additional concerns in which the service departments Mr. Liburd assured he would look into them with genuine concern as if the vehicle was his own which gave me great confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. After all was completed the level of professionalism and genuine concern were assuring in a last minute concern that had the possible chance of stranding my family in which that thought faded away with assurance from a genuine person.
