Brandon Made it right! 6 months ago, I bought a 2018 Honda Odyssey from another dealership which had a few annoying issues off the lot. The Passenger mirror and rear windo 6 months ago, I bought a 2018 Honda Odyssey from another dealership which had a few annoying issues off the lot. The Passenger mirror and rear window had motor issues. The doors had a recall which was acting up AND the fuel door wouldn't open at times. Brandon Honda took the time required to test and ensure the repair was done correctly. Granted it took 2 weeks but they gave me a loaner Pilot in place of the Odyssey which is a comparably sized vehicle. The car was detailed like new when I got it back and everything worked perfectly. thank you for the great service More

Mechanical Repair I am not good at remembering names or positions, however, I know good service and jobs well done. I bought my daughters car in for electrical proble I am not good at remembering names or positions, however, I know good service and jobs well done. I bought my daughters car in for electrical problems . I am not sure but I think it was Danny. Understanding my situation he understood right away and explained what need to be done, about how long it would take to complete the work. I came in early 0700 am and he was able to take my car right away. Approximately 2 hours later the they replaced the battery, cleaned the car and sent me on the way. Started here with a mandatory recall, now for life!! I had a mandatory recall on my Honda. Took to this dealership and was very impressed with the service.
