Friendly service, time I'll never get back. Had one of my 2 complementary oil changes done recently. Had a 7:30 appointment hoping to get in and out quickly. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes befo Had one of my 2 complementary oil changes done recently. Had a 7:30 appointment hoping to get in and out quickly. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes before they were done. I don't normally get oil changes done at dealerships. The time it took was not what I was expecting. Not sure if complementary oil change is worth the time I lose. More

The assigned manager w The purpose of my visit was for the first maintenance service on our 2018 Accord Touring Hybrid since its purchase last fall. The assigned manager was helpful and professional. However, after departing the dealership, and stopping for lunch, the warning light for low tire pressure illuminated. I turned around and returned. One of the Service manager's informed me the technician neglected to reset the system after rotating the tires. He resolved the issue. Finally, we appreciate efforts to wash our vehicle following service. But the quality and completeness of the carwash was less than sat. It appeared to me after I arrived home that the car was probably just rinsed off. Scott Graham More

Great service experience Nail was discovered in a tire and saved us from being on road on a trip from FL to NJ. Car was taken in for oil change and they discovered the nail.
