Three hour oil change I had a coupon book of free oil changes that I purchased as part of my warranty. I had moved to the area from Ocala and was told to come to this locat I had a coupon book of free oil changes that I purchased as part of my warranty. I had moved to the area from Ocala and was told to come to this location. This was my second visit. Second time I made an appointment and waited almost 4 hours for an oil change. Not even a complementary car wash or vacuum like they did in Ocala. I now go to the Ocean Honda which is closer to my house and just pay for the oil change. The service guy at this location even had the nerve to tell me to give him a good rating on the survey. More

Came in for service without an appointment. We have a 2012 Honda Civic with less than 25,000 miles on it. The A12 service reminder lit up on the dash. I was off today and decided at the last m We have a 2012 Honda Civic with less than 25,000 miles on it. The A12 service reminder lit up on the dash. I was off today and decided at the last minute to take the car in for service (without an appointment). I arrived mid morning and had no problem getting checked in. My oil change was covered under my extended maintenance plan and was at no cost which was great. It's truly a shame that the engine air filter, the cabin air filter and a new set of windshield wipers cost me $163.00. The car was completed and I was out the door in less than 2 hours. The service department was obviously very busy and I felt they did great in getting me in and out without having a prior appointment which I did appreciate that. I just think the prices are outrageous personally. More
