Oil Change Brandon Honda does not honor it's own Coupons. Brought my car in and showed some coupons for brake specials was told that the coupon was for parts bra Brandon Honda does not honor it's own Coupons. Brought my car in and showed some coupons for brake specials was told that the coupon was for parts brake pad and shoes only and did not include labor(Ripoff). If your coupon says brake special be sure it includes Brake pads,Shoes and Labor. More

Service review i was greeted as I pulled into the service area. Adviser Bob determined that a completed check out of the transmission was required as a transmission i was greeted as I pulled into the service area. Adviser Bob determined that a completed check out of the transmission was required as a transmission trouble light came on. All was checked except for a switch needed to be replaced. No switch in stock but one would be in early next morning. Part was replaced and I was on my way. People were helpful-Bob and Rachel. More

Great service experience I called the dealer initially just pricing out what it would cost to have a part replaced on our car.. we were not sure how we could afford the repair I called the dealer initially just pricing out what it would cost to have a part replaced on our car.. we were not sure how we could afford the repair since it wasn’t in our budget. We hit gold when Augustine suggested we apply for the in house financing and were approved. He went above and beyond for us thru the repair process and we can’t be more greatful for him. They even brought to our attention another part that needed to be replaced. After all the work our car is now driving like new again and that stress of dealing with a broken down car is now gone. Employees like Augustine is the reason we only bring our car to Brandon Honda for any service needed. More
