very concise and business like in solving my problem I had two items bothering me about my CRV and within the hour both were resolved. I must admit, I wasn't in the best of moods when I arrived. I came because of my check tire pressure light came I didn't have an appointment, but was worried about the check tire pressure light was on. They checked my battery, added water to my radiator and then I didn't have an appointment, but was worried about the check tire pressure light was on. Service visit 4 wheel alignment As soon as I entered the service bay, Honda personnel was there to assist taking down the necessary information, topping off fluids, battery check etc As soon as I entered the service bay, Honda personnel was there to assist taking down the necessary information, topping off fluids, battery check etc. I was at the dealership for an alignment and I did not have an appointment. Jennifer was my service advisor who gave me excellent customer. I was given an approximate time to complete the service and service time was within that time frame which allowed me to maximize my time during the repair. Jennifer arranged for a ride for me so that I could handle some other business in the area. She was in constant contact with me making me aware of problems that were found as well as the progress being made on my repairs. I was very pleased with the professional, courteous service I received on Thursday, June 29, 2017 from Jennifer, as well as, the Honda personnel involved in my experience that day at the Honda dealership. I made an appointment at Brandon Honda to have an alignment done on my truck. The appointment process was simple and straightforward. The morning I arrived, I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and well spoken staff. Getting my vehicle registered and off to the service bay way also easy. The waiting area was clean and inviting with ample supplies of bottled water and coffee. I was informed that there would be additional labor charges due to my vehicle being a GMC and would therefore require special attention. The work was completed quickly and delivered within the original estimation. While driving home, I noticed that at highway speed, the rear of my vehicle began to shudder and vibrate. Concerned, I stopped at a service station to ensure that all of the tires were inflated to the proper pressure and they were. As I said, I'm in the process of getting back to the dealership to address the issue. Aside from the issue with new vibration, the people were great. More
