Touch up on rims due to damage when in service center The low tire indicator came on 2 different times since I got my new car in December. After my last service to xx the tire pressure, it was recommende The low tire indicator came on 2 different times since I got my new car in December. After my last service to xx the tire pressure, it was recommended that the tires be rotated and balanced. After My previous visit I noticed a couple scratches on the car so when it the service was completed on Tuesday evening I noticed 3 of the rims were scratched in the vicinity of the lug nuts. So the following day I contacted my service advisor to let him know about the damage with pictures. He told me to bring it in and he would address the issue . My repair was scheduled and completed. The wheels look pretty good. The car was at the dealership all day , but when I picked it up it was not washed. Not sure how the touch up was done and the wheels dirty. I plan on washing it this weekend. But I appreciate Joseph being so cordial, positive and accommodating. He asked if I wanted it washed when I picked it up after work, but I didn't have the time to wait. I love my new Accord Touring model, it is Great!! The scratch that was touched up feels very rough , but the service manager assured me that it would not rust , and not to touch it since it was touch up paint . I really don't think it should feel like sandpaper but I hav the extended warranty and believe that any future problems will be addressed. Took the stress out I had been having trouble with my car battery. It seemed fine and then would not hold a charge.
