But he did, and he remembered. I went in for service fully expecting to pay for my car to be detailed and a 10K mile check-up. Not only was there no charge, but the automated car wash was down for service, but they hand washed and waxed my car...who does that?? Brandon Honda...you have a very loyal and happy customer. We shared this with Rachel Christie who contacted Don Negri. When meeting him we found that he was very courteous and a dedicated employee of Brandon Honda. He asked if we were interested in another CR-V, our response, Yes! He took us over to the new 2015 model and pointed out all the new features. He was not pushy, but very knowledgeable. We were sold. He contacted his supervisor, Gary Jarrell who offered us a good trade-in on our 2010 and the best rates available. Working with them - all good family men - we were quite pleased and drove our new car home. More

He was very polite, very thorough and it was service with a smile. When they were finished up with my car, they made sure I was happy . My car had gotten a full detail, very happy. I also had purchased my car there as well, very good experience. Also, love my car, it is a 2015 Honda Accord, great quality, very nice riding and comfort. More

I had not been too happy of late with Brandon Honda as we'd been going there Mike Hudak, one of the Service Managers, went out of his way to help us. I had not been too happy of late with Brandon Honda as we'd been going there for years and things were kind of shaky when the ownership changed but things are definitely getting much better! Honda gave us a rental while the airbag in our '05 Pilot was on recall back-order but they insisted on keeping the SUV. The next day the shop tells me my boat is ready to be picked-up and guess what - that's right - the Pilot had the hitch! I called and complained to Mike that I wouldn't be able to get my boat. Instead of making a big deal of it Mike volunteered to bring a vehicle with a hitch and tow my boat home for me- which he did! He didn't even ask for gas money (which I forced him to take anyway) and he was prompt and dependable. Mike and Brandon Honda have my vote of confidence now! More

That's where this turns around, Brandon Honda's ownership and upper management get involved in customer relations and personally make an effort to create returning customers. Erik in service is going beyond the limits to help me fix this ghost issue to this day, and I think we'll get this resolved swiftly. That makes me feel at ease knowing I'm not facing this alone. These guys are great! More

Rude and Disrespectful to certain type of people! When I purchased my car everyone was so willing to do any and everything. However, a year later the car came back in on a warranty issue and we were treated like it was our fault and spoken to by Allison and Eric like we didn't matter. Communication was very poor on a daily bases with updates on the repair status and we were call to return the rental before our car was completed. Then when we were called it was 20 minutes before closing with no regards to the fact that we will 45 minutes away and that we were at work when they called. Will never purchase a vehicle from Brandon Honda again! Thank you for nothing Allison and Eric in service. More
