I started, with them, by leasing a car several years ago and was so pleasantly surprised at how they followed up when every I had a question I then began purchasing cars outright. One of those friends has now bought three cars from BH and would not even think of going anywhere else. More

recall service I brought my Honda to these folks for a recall, first, the check in process is setup well, when the service advisor came out, the greeting was warm. I was advised that the repairs would take about 2 hours, THEN, I was told that they have a snack bar! I hadn't had breakfast so I took advantage, it was good.they have a good amount of seating in the cafe area, and lounge, although they could use a bit more. the service advisor, John< was friendly, yet professional. he advised me of all the things my car needed, but didn't push! the service took about 2 1/4 hours, not bad for an estimate. when I went out to get the car, I discovered they had washed it! now some of you might expect that, I'm not used to it so it was a Nic surprise!. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
