I havent been to the dealer in a while so I was bit lost. When I arrived I went in to the service center office and the staff seem like they didn’t want to be bothered. It took about 10 mins before someone decided to ask me if I needed help. I’m glad that it was my own rep that notice I looked lost. From there everything went smooth. When I came to pick up my car, same issue the staff including service manager kept looking at me but no one asked me if I needed help. Aside from Mario, the rest of the experience was a let down.
