Check in was quick and easy. Able to get the services I wanted done. Communications could use some work. Text had link to check on status of the service, but that status was n Able to get the services I wanted done. Communications could use some work. Text had link to check on status of the service, but that status was never updated during the service. After I picked up my car, it was updated to reflect complete, skipping three in between steps. I was notified by email that service was complete and there was a 20 minute delay between when the email was sent and when I actually saw it. Service rep said she tried to call twice, but call went to voice mail. Phone number given was my cell phone and there were no missed calls or voicemails on my phone. Could have dialed a wrong number. More
