Most unwelcoming staff I have ever experienced. I do not recommend this dealer for service, or the Hyundai brand as a whole since all their engines are bad. Anthony was the best sales person we’ve ever had. He was considerate and caring the entire time and provided excellent care. I’m so impressed with Jeff & new manager Danny I had some issues with my car & was there multiple times 5-6 within a yr in 2022 service was terrible problem never got fixed & I had to start traveling to Cour issues with my car & was there multiple times 5-6 within a yr in 2022 service was terrible problem never got fixed & I had to start traveling to Courtesy Hyundai in Tampa to help resolve issue. To my surprise I decided to go back to see if anything changed when I needed a new car & key fob battery and service was exceptional efficient staff had changed everyone was kind & professional.I was pleased to see this & happy I could start coming back since I reside in Brandon. Jeff was absolutely hands down amazing, I highly recommend him. I needed a new tail light battery & Courtesy Hyundai in Tampa had already ordered it. He told me that he could order that here for me & saved me a trip from having to drive back to Tampa. Keep up the great work. You guys were AWESOME & exceeded my expectations, so I thank you for that. A big thanks to Danny for coming in & cleaning house & hiring such an amazing team of professionals so Brandon Hyundai could become GREAT again. I will highly recommend now to family & friends. More
