This dealership always gives me mixed feelings. I like my cars, but honestly the dealership is just dysfunctional. They need to desperately work on training their sales associates better. I purchased my leased car and was told I was going to receive perks because of my loyalty and purchasing a used car, just to find out the next day that it was a lie. I was told finance was informed of my sale, that was a lie. Also I was about to be charged an $850 fee for purchasing my own car and then when I asked for an itemized breakdown, it miraculously dropped by $300. Wizards I guess these sales guys are. Also, I tried to get a hold of my sales person multiple times and the people who answered the phone disconnected me about 3 times. The people were kind, but they basically word vomit to you with the hopes you don’t follow and then just agree to what they say. The only person that was actually genuinely helpful was the Finance department. Kind, calm and understanding. Also, I had to overhear an employee get scolded for 45 minutes over something that seemed so minuscule, plus he’s only been there a month and the lady Felicia or something was so rude and spoke down to him in front of the GM. She needs to be taken off her power trip and better training and obviously so does the sales associate that got reprimanded for it. BUT I still shouldn’t have heard the entire conversation. The finance and I guy thought it was so awkward and uncomfortable. They should have been in a back room, not right next door. The doors are glass, not sound proof. I will not be coming to this dealership again. I’ve had 3 cars from them and I’m glad I bought mine so I will be done here. More

The sales rep was absolutely amazing his name is Stefano and has been nothing but helpful. Why I gave this fair review is because of everyone else and things that happened after I left the dealership while and has been nothing but helpful. Why I gave this fair review is because of everyone else and things that happened after I left the dealership while there everyone was amazing from sales rep to finance officer who was Mr Steel going above and beyond the problems started when we were told our payment would be 90 days out when we signed and then when I was about to leave the dealership I wanted to make sure what date the payment was due then I was told it’s 45 days out I asked why the change when we were told 90 days at signing he said because he had to go with a different bank for financing we were not informed of this until at that moment the finance officer told me it was no problem we could call the bank in 3 days once the process was closed and we could tell them we were told 90 days and they would call him and he would have it approved and it would go back to 90 days like originally stated. I didn’t really understand but trusted the finance officer because he was great to use the entire time we were there. 3 days later I call the bank and try to do exactly like I was told and they said there is no way to do that I was shocked because that wasn’t what we were told would happen no problem called my sales rep and asked for the finance officers number and email so I could ask him I emailed him a week passed no response my sales rep calls to check in I tell him I haven't heard anything back i email him again while on the phone with the sales rep who gave me the contact info again just to make sure I got the right email. Still to this date no answer the finance officer text my husband needing our insurance card so my husband then asks him about the payment and my email he says he will talk to a manager about it.. it’s been 4 days now and no response so I text my sales rep who has been amazing this entire process he escalated it to a manager I received a call from the customer service manager Mrs Stacia who seemed to not have a clue on what the issue was and was very adamant that I was wrong and could not understand that I was more mad about being lied to than anything else gave no Resolution and I had to end the conversation by saying she clearly didn’t understand why I was was and we’re getting no where and hoped she had a great day I’m sure conversations are recorded and I have screenshots of the text and emails that were sent. I say Mrs Stacia had no clue on the situation because she I was put on hold for her to talk to Mr.Steel I’m sure and when she returned she tried to tell me he called and had a phone call conversation with me which was a lie because till this day I have never talked to him on the phone he hasn’t even responded to my emails or text my husband back. But some how she said she was told there was a conversation which never took place. I know it seems like I’m mad over a payment but I like to plan everything out and I Absolutely Despise being lied to as a Marine Corp Veteran both my husband and I and previously buying a vehicle from this same dealership previously I can not and will not stand for being lied to. I do not believe this review should go against Stefano in anyway because he has been nothing but amazing this entire time and tried his best to help out in every way. More
