The buying experience was good, sales. was very responsive I was able to do most of my deal over the phone. Finance was very pushy on their products and way more expensive. I was greeted by several levels of management as they strode through the dealership. All were very welcoming and sincerely interested in my needs being met. My salesperson, Benito Mosqueda, searched th strode through the dealership. All were very welcoming and sincerely interested in my needs being met. My salesperson, Benito Mosqueda, searched through his inventory of Tucson models available, then went to get my choice from another lot. Price negotiations were swift with the dealership meeting my price limit. Delayed payment was worked out, and I drove the new car off the lot that morning. With all the new technological refinements on the car, a two-hour class on programming them would have been helpful to this low-tech guy. More
