Got work done paid a full Diagnostic to see what the issue was. So I paid for the Diagnostic. Then fixed the issues.Then they said some xx I believe them. Drove off the lot and problem still occurred. I issue was. So I paid for the Diagnostic. Then fixed the issues.Then they said some xx I believe them. Drove off the lot and problem still occurred. I asked how did we not fix the problem when you knew exactly what was wrong and why didn't you guys check before giving the car to me. I explained it happen every 3mins. They said our guy checked and it was all good. Keep in mind I waisted 730 to noon. Then sent the tech out and I had him wait 3mins and it did it again in font of him but he check....... my concern is now I don't believe proper work is getting done on the cars serviced. What if I get work done and it's something I can't track easily. I feel like this place is dishonest even while I was waiting the amount of people saying it's not fixed or people leaving pissed off is crazy something needs to change. Highly disappointed in the new team More
