I pulled up to the service area at 9:15am at the scheduled time of my appointment and I stood there waiting for 20 minutes. I was told several times by a female employee that my advisor was coming, scheduled time of my appointment and I stood there waiting for 20 minutes. I was told several times by a female employee that my advisor was coming, but she told me my advisor was not at his desk and they didn't know where he was. After 20 minutes I was sitting outside by myself feeling like I was now being ignored, I went inside to ask for help and they showed me where my advisor was. He was sitting at his desk the whole time. Staff as a whole was very unprofessional. More
