The reason I gave this rating is said had the car I was buying and then could not find on one of their lots. I then had to come back 2 days ... I then had to come back 2 days later to do all the paperwork after work when tired ( originally there on Sunday), and get the car. Not how i wanted it. Also had to come back few weeks later for 2 checks promised...after I kept calling. Referral check and military discount..which he wouldn't redo the paperwork. Read More Read Less

During my dealing with Mrs. Degraffenreid was very pleasant and professional. She took the time and patience to address our questions and co ... During my dealing with Mrs. Degraffenreid was very pleasant and professional. She took the time and patience to address our questions and concerns. The only issue we had was the Palisade that we test drove and was in the process of negotiating was sold to another customer during this period. We were offered a similar Palisade but by the time we finished the purchasing process it was too dark to do a thorough inspection and the next day we noticed some things with the vehicle that needed to be addressed. Mrs. Degraffenreid and another gentleman assisted with addressing the issue. It is taking a little long to get everything fixed but Mrs. Degraffenried is keeping us updated as well as provided a rental during the time without my Palisade. Hopefully it won't be much longer, having a new vehicle that you are paying for but can't drive yet is a bit frustrating. Again, her communication on this matter has been great! Read More Read Less
