Passive aggressive sales team. Heard on multiple occasions staff talking negatively about customers. Purposely tried to mislead us on the purchase of a car. Claimed that the purchase price of the vehicle was X on the sales worksheet that breaks down the deal, then when we got to financing and saw the actual numbers, it didn't add up in any way. Claimed we were getting a "discount" and a great deal on our trade in, when we calculated the numbers, no deal was given at all. This is the last time I will ever do business at your dealership. More
