My first Brandon Hyundai service experience started out a little Rocky! After being greeted by three different service associates, and telling my story of why I was there without an appointment three times, little Rocky! Did not tell me about 3% credit card charge until bill was needing to be paid. Rep had the sign covered on his desk as well as all four reps I could see had the sign covered up. How are people to know this if you don’t tell them and cover up the sign. Service people took all my belongings from my are rest console and put into my “car can” (a sealed trash bag for waste). They put my work badge, epipen, phone charger etc in the same place I put old coffee cups and banana peels. I had to wait 18 minutes after my rep gave a worker my keys because my car was boxed in. But for some reason the person didn’t tell anyone this until I had already been waiting 15 minutes. The person that went to get my car was not doing anything else. Worst of all I have only owned my vehicle for 33 months. But this is the 4th time in that period (last time was 4/22/23) that I have had to bring in the car with a non-functioning AC. Because of my mileage Hyundai corporate refused to help though it is obviously a manufacturing issue give. The frequency of it breaking down. More
When I got my car back from them my car kept going dead and I called in to tell them that my car was dying and Mill the road he didn't act concerned he just said bring it in when you can my car was literal and I called in to tell them that my car was dying and Mill the road he didn't act concerned he just said bring it in when you can my car was literally dying in the middle of the road I could have had a bad wreck so my husband looked at it and when they put my battery back on my car they didn't even put the cables on their tight they were loose and the cables were coming off Mill Road while driving so it was not very safe and they didn't act very concerned about it needless to say they could have cared less so when I do start looking for a car it will not come from Brandon Hyundai More

Hasan was friendly and professional from the first meeting. He provided great details on the cars we asked about and also showed us other possible options preowned and new. He did explain the features and benefits of a new car and how the warranty and the bluelink would provide us peace of mind as she traveled off to college. We even purchased the extended warranty up to 10 years / 100000. We are very excited to have a safe car for our daughter. The experience was wonderful, Hasan was great working with our daughter and providing her the opportunity to drive,explore differnt cars and ask questions.
