Long wait, I was told an hour and 45 minutes, I was there 3 hours. Could have been longer but I noticed my car waiting outside, I was literally left in waiting room when car was ready. I brought my daughter's car that the transmission was replaced at this dealer paid by is because had 61000 miles when start going bad. I mention that have a P0867 code that previous I brought the car was scanned at advance auto parts, that code should stay on the computer memory, the car was on the dealer per two days I was not found the car problem, I don't know why my daughter choose that brand I am very disappointed. Was scheduled for a shuttle to pick up car, they called and said he was just asked to pick up several people, I was told it would be at least an hour, when originally told 15 minutes. I was told my car would be brought right up, 20 minutes goes by I stopped by Donnie's desk and he was talking to two porters who I could hear the discussion, 'just find them!' When I walked up, everyone scattered, when I asked if that was regarding my car, Donnie said it was handled, I asked what is handled? He then tells me my keys are lost. Another 20-25 minutes goes by and they finally found my keys and brought my car around. More
