Internet and sales managers were professional. Finance lady spent too much time complaining about her workload and how she was required to work nine days straight. We wanted our vehicle and out of there. We understand the detailing time was out of his control but once it was done, he was not to be found. We looked for him and finally just took our car from the detail people and left. He called 15-20 minutes later and asked if we had left. The car was gone and so were we so that shouldn't have been hard for him to figure out. We had the deal made on our car within 30 minutes of arriving. We didn't need a test drive as we knew the vehicle. It took almost five hours to get out of there! As I wrote, he is new. With a little training he may still be worth keeping. More
