Jeff was extremely helpful during the extensive period of having no vehicle. His communication was something I found to be very professional and helpful during this stressful time where I waited for my car t having no vehicle. His communication was something I found to be very professional and helpful during this stressful time where I waited for my car to be finished, which took almost 3 months due to back ordered parts. Mr. Michael in management was also extremely helpful and was able to fit me into a loaner. I would also like to thank Jennifer who was super helpful during the entire time with my loaner vehicles. She was very kind, nice and professional and made driving a vehicle other than my own feel right. She was extremely kind to even help me on her day off. Mr. Jeff himself was the best advisor I could’ve been reassigned to. During the beginning progress I was assigned an advisor who was not very communicative. The second Mr. Jeff took on my case, he made things much better. He was super professional and understood the importance of communication between myself and him. He genuinely made the experience, which could’ve been horrible and frustrating very easy due to his communication skills. I am very grateful to have been assigned to him.
