Brought my car in for an oil change and a radio fix and found out I also needed an alignment. Picked up the car and the radio needed to be ordered, so I brought it back when the part came in and they said found out I also needed an alignment. Said it'd take a half day and two days later they said the part was defective and I'd have to bring back my car a third time in 7-10 days. Then I stood around over ten minutes waiting for my car and Dave had never sent someone to get it. Nice guy, but not bright. I'd like to work with someone different next time if possible. More

I dropped my car off the night before for oil change. My appt was 10 at 1130 I had to call to see what's the status. Able said it would be about 45 minutes more. My car wasn't ready until 2:15.
