My sales person was Stephanie, she was wonderful ! Finance guy was super nice too. You would think if it actually had the inspection they would have found and fixed these things prior to selling the vehicle. Also detailing the car while I wait was ridiculous ! The car wasn’t clean and I had to wash the inside of the windshield when I got home. Stephanie did notice the tire pressure system was not working and schedule an appt with service for me. The dealership is 90 miles away from me so I am not happy about bringing it back to have it serviced. Time out of work is money lost due to issues that should be found and addresses prior to selling the car. More

They broke my key fob and never told me about it until I asked why I got an automated email for parts ordered under my name. Also, charged me the disposal fee for just an inspection.
