I would have given a 0 star but was not given the option, so I had to settle for a 1 star. I always have issues with this dealership and again here we go! I took my car on September 16, 2023 for and oil chan so I had to settle for a 1 star. I always have issues with this dealership and again here we go! I took my car on September 16, 2023 for and oil change and transmission was shifting hard. After diagnosing my vehicle I was advised that I needed some work done on my car. I was informed by brakes needed to be changed front and back, left axle needed to be replaced, tune up. I agreed to have all of this completed. I asked in the beginning is there going to be any issues tires flying off because I know how this goes. I was assured everything would be good because the best technician was doing the work. Well I guess that meant the best certified F up was doing the job. In my opinion that’s what all they technicians are because they never do the job right unless it’s something simple for example oil change. Well it seems as though this brake job was not the best. The noises I am hearing I am since they were on my care was not heard until now. I hear scrubbing noises as well as some type of loud pitch noise when I stop the car. For the amount of money I paid there should be any type of noises. Now I have to spend another Saturday dealing with this foolery when it should have been taken cared of the first time. This is unacceptable More
