Is tire rotation part of the 3 year complementary service? Do I have to ask? This survey is for the first oil change on this plan and that is the only thing that was done. Do I have to wait another year to get the tires rotated? I realize that the appt. was on Friday afternoon(I will never do that again) so things were very hectic. When I got there, they did not seem to really know the details of my visit. I had made an appointment online with all the details. I had to wait several hours for the work to be done. They didn't have a proper waiting area either. More
