Honestly I have never written a negative review anywhere. This place sucked. I went in for an appointment and the woman at the desk answered a call during our conversation and had me waiting without saying a This place sucked. When she was finally done, she informed me the vehicle I was interested in sold. After waiting 10 minutes for anyone to speak to me after I sat (3 people sitting around on their phones), some jumoke "assisted" me. he left to check if they had any related vehicles and never came back. After another associate came and went to "check" the inventory again, he left and never returned, so I walked right out the door. Would not recommend at all. More

I’m a first time customer at Brandon Hyundai the check in process was very confusing. The person that checked us in didn’t explain the process well so we ended up standing outside waiting for the service ad process was very confusing. We didn’t receive any updates on the progress through the text app just a call that the car was ready.
