Very long wait times with construction. Had a 10am appt, arrived early and waited 40 minutes to be seen then car took close to 6 hours for basic oil and brake fluid change. Horrible. I am seriously condsidering going to St Pete to get my car serviced. I don't even have the car 4 months and 4th time back for something. You tell it whats wrong, you get to the dealer and they have no clue why you're there so you have to explain All over again. I can go on, but, im done!! More
I made an appointment at 9 am and it was 5:oo pm and my car still wasn’t even started on. I understand sometimes people run behind, so I decided to come back another day. I constantly continue to ask for any details or updates and they don’t seem to have anything. I think this is very unprofessional and the lack of communication is terrible. More

I knew the wait was long, which was fine. After two hours, i was told my car was ready but needed two patches and they took an 1hr and 30 mins to do that.
