Horrible. I am seriously condsidering going to St Pete to get my car serviced. I don't even have the car 4 months and 4th time back for something. I made an appointment at 9 am and it was 5:oo pm and my car still wasn’t even started on. I understand sometimes people run behind, so I decided to come back another day. Long story short my car needed to car still wasn’t even started on. I understand sometimes people run behind, so I decided to come back another day. Long story short my car needed to stay at the dealer for a bigger issue, but it’s been two weeks and not even a diagnosis or an update has been made. I constantly continue to ask for any details or updates and they don’t seem to have anything. I think this is very unprofessional and the lack of communication is terrible. More

I knew the wait was long, which was fine. After two hours, i was told my car was ready but needed two patches and they took an 1hr and 30 mins to do that.
