The person who did my finance put GAP on there despite me telling him many times we didn’t want it and I couldn’t afford it. Now I’m stuck with it. He no longer works there so no one will help me despite calling multiple times and filling out a contact me form for the general manager. My tag was supposed to be transferred and wasn’t so now I paid an extra 300 dollars and I don’t have my specialty plate. More

Malik was great- professional and polite. I however doint like that I had to wait almost 2 hrs for the Finance guy to finish writing up the deal. NOTE Tthe car is equipped with lockajeablw wheel locks- owners manual says that the special lug nut remover to remove wheels in in glove box DONT LOSE IT- However there is no lug nut remover in glove box and I only got one key for the vehicle. I want second key as well as special lug nut More

The 2 different reps that did talk to me were nice but the assigned associate I was booked with never made an appearance. I waited for 20 minutes in my car after my appointment time before someone came to the assigned associate I was booked with never made an appearance. There are some redeeming things that occurred and some unforeseen circumstances with the hurricanes that impacted the transaction and added to delays.. but ultimately this was a poor experience. I bought a BMW that was delivered (which was a nice convenience, about the only one) with 7 items that were broken, items that should have been easily identified during their "100+ point inspection". Simple things like error messages for sensors that need to be replaced - we're talking about error messages on the info screen that show up every time the car is on - what inspection doesnt catch that?.. sunroof, volume knob on stereo.. etc. When I inquired, the recommendation was that I take it to the BMW dealership and have them fix it - as it was under warranty. Well, it took them 3 weeks to process my paperwork (ill give a pass here from the hurricane) and I then had to spend my own time getting everything fixed. They delivered the car with 1 key - I specifically asked if there were two and the answer was yes. They did offer my $1800 off the price for a new key ($800) and $1000 for me to take my car to the local deal on my own time, not have a car for a week while it gets fix and stated everything would be covered under warranty or they would help take care of. There were two items that were not covered under warranty at the cost of $800. I sent those items over and asked how the would like to proceed. Zero response. I really wanted to like this transaction, they just were not equipped to handle this type of transaction. Rushed everything and communicated really poorly. I still would like them to call me and assist me with the $800 I had to spend out of pocket that they claimed to inspect for issues on a car that were undisclosed and then delivered to me. Lesson learned on my part - feel free to reach out and correct my experience. More
