The 2 different reps that did talk to me were nice but the assigned associate I was booked with never made an appearance. I waited for 20 minutes in my car after my appointment time before someone came to the assigned associate I was booked with never made an appearance. I waited for 20 minutes in my car after my appointment time before someone came to me and then had my appointment time changed in the system to 30 minutes later after that. I was happy that their effectiveness in time was exceptional. The only time was when the report and evaluation on my vehicle was not an agreement.
