We will never again take a car to Brandon Hyundai for service. We had an 8:00 appt on Aug 9 for routine service. Our car was there 4 hours and no work was done on it. We checked on the status of our car at 10:30 and again at 11:30. Just before noon, we told the service consultant to bring our car around. We were tired of waiting; we wanted to just take our car and go home. We said we'd make another appt for another day, but we have no intention of ever going back there. We didn't want to show that we were upset and frustrated with the total lack of customer service. We wanted to leave on good terms, even though we will never go there again. More

My previous experience here was absolutely horrible! I waited for almost 5 hours in the showroom while pregnant just for the service center to replace 1 tire! The entire 5 hours I was given ridiculous excuses after excuse! When I came to get the car serviced this past weekend I explained to the advisor Jeffrey that I do not want to wait another 5 hours off a 20 min at the most service. Jeffrey was absolutely amazing and I could not have asked for a more attentive and well managed advisor! More

Month ago it use to be great. You give me an appointment and I was taken care on time. Now I got a 7:45 am appointment I got there at 7:15 am I was given a number by arrival time You give me an appointment and I was taken care on time.
