Overall, the team at Brandon Hyundai is great to work with and always smiling. The only reason why I can't give them five stars is some of the information I was given on my new vehicle was incorrect, and with and always smiling. There was no communication. My car was finished and I drove up there not realizing they were already closed. I walked with a sales person to the service area and found my keys j My car was finished and I drove up there not realizing they were already closed. I walked with a sales person to the service area and found my keys just laying on a desk with nothing attached to them. Ended up taking my car (at that point not sure if the service was completed). I will never be back. More

I was happy that their effectiveness in time was exceptional. The only time was when the report and evaluation on my vehicle was not an agreement.
