I did send this once maybe it wasn't received I will send again buried the satisfied with Brandon all I had. Was oil change in tire rotation process Took 3 hour. After having the car 2 days later went to Take and checked tire pressure then noticed rotation was never done.. One of the tires had low pressure when dropping off that tire was in same location. With further check a tire that been plugged also was in same location. Called customer service spoke to an advocate who arranged another appointment and know you are returning and will place you ahead. I did show for new appointment and nobody new why I was there had to explain all over again so waited Another 2 hours and no communication from service writers got car back and left I did have another service issue at this dealer for my 2020 Sonata that sat in the shop for one month. Thought I would try them just for an oil change and tire rotation because they were close and they failed that one also..... Terrible service waited in the show room along the front window because of no actual waiting room or area. TERRIBLE.....UNPROFESSIONAL Do I need say more More
