This dealership was very communicative before we bought the used vehicle, especially Jeffrey Tannous. However, after driving two hours to purchase it and two hours back home with it, the car broke down an the used vehicle, especially Jeffrey Tannous. However, after driving two hours to purchase it and two hours back home with it, the car broke down and the dealership refused to be responsible for the problems that clearly existed before the vehicle was sold. None of that was disclosed even after they were asked. The service department was EXTREMELY rude and beyond unprofessional, and they told me "it was on me to fix it," and that they would not help me at all! Very disappointing, especially since the car was for my daughter, and she was the one who was driving when it broke down not even 24 hours after buying it. After that call, NO ONE would take my call or help me, including the GM, the Service Manager, or the General Sales Manager. I would NOT suggest buying a car from this dealership if you want a reliable vehicle. I wouldn't trust them with the safety of my family riding in their cars and neither should you! More

My service advisor,Faten was fantastic and went above&beyond to assist me. The technician once again left my inside cabin dirty with grease and oil everywhere. I had an appointment last Wednesday for 2:45 PM to have a recall checked and to check the QI phone charger that wasn’t working. It took 2 hours before my car was finally taken in from the waiting spot near t recall checked and to check the QI phone charger that wasn’t working. It took 2 hours before my car was finally taken in from the waiting spot near the white canopies into the repair shop I was at the dealership waiting for my car till 6 PM -3 1/2 hours after I got there. they told me they had to order the part and everything was fine with the recall. While the service people were very professional and polite, I felt 3 1/2 hours was excessive and this is my first time having a Hyundai -prior to this car I’ve had Hondas for many years, and I’ve never spent that amount of time in a service center. We are now at three Hyundai family. When I left and was told they would order the QI part that was under warranty. I was given no idea of expected turnaround time , other than they located one in Georgia and they would call me. More
