Came in for recall service, rep didn’t ask if I needed any other service. Didn’t offer to clean my car after leaving oil smell from mechanic. This was my first time driving to this dealership and it looked like it was under construction. My appointment was at 2pm for an oil change, due to my dealership in Tampa having a booked reservations till a looked like it was under construction. Mario totally misunderstood my precise statement not to change my 2 filters during the most recent visit. I no longer want Mario to be my service advisor. As well, the Service Manager, kindly instructed change my 2 filters during the most recent visit. I no longer want Mario to be my service advisor.
