I had an appointment last Wednesday for 2:45 PM to have a recall checked and to check the QI phone charger that wasn’t working. It took 2 hours before my car was finally taken in from the waiting spot near t recall checked and to check the QI phone charger that wasn’t working. It took 2 hours before my car was finally taken in from the waiting spot near the white canopies into the repair shop I was at the dealership waiting for my car till 6 PM -3 1/2 hours after I got there. they told me they had to order the part and everything was fine with the recall. While the service people were very professional and polite, I felt 3 1/2 hours was excessive and this is my first time having a Hyundai -prior to this car I’ve had Hondas for many years, and I’ve never spent that amount of time in a service center. We are now at three Hyundai family. When I left and was told they would order the QI part that was under warranty. I was given no idea of expected turnaround time , other than they located one in Georgia and they would call me. More

I didn’t have any problems except for the gentleman who is supposed to greet you but he stood there and was talking to a customer and saw me and kept talking so after waiting a min or so I got out and said is supposed to greet you but he stood there and was talking to a customer and saw me and kept talking so after waiting a min or so I got out and said something then he proceeded to come over to me but didn’t apologize, just asked how he could help me. I was in the service line too. So that part upset me but other than that it was quick and pleasant. More
