My service advisor,Faten was fantastic and went above&beyond to assist me. The technician once again left my inside cabin dirty with grease and oil everywhere. It was on my B-pillar,inside driver above&beyond to assist me. The technician once again left my inside cabin dirty with grease and oil everywhere. This dealership was very communicative before we bought the used vehicle, especially Jeffrey Tannous. However, after driving two hours to purchase it and two hours back home with it, the car broke down an the used vehicle, especially Jeffrey Tannous. However, after driving two hours to purchase it and two hours back home with it, the car broke down and the dealership refused to be responsible for the problems that clearly existed before the vehicle was sold. None of that was disclosed even after they were asked. The service department was EXTREMELY rude and beyond unprofessional, and they told me "it was on me to fix it," and that they would not help me at all! Very disappointing, especially since the car was for my daughter, and she was the one who was driving when it broke down not even 24 hours after buying it. After that call, NO ONE would take my call or help me, including the GM, the Service Manager, or the General Sales Manager. I would NOT suggest buying a car from this dealership if you want a reliable vehicle. I wouldn't trust them with the safety of my family riding in their cars and neither should you! More
