I visited the Brandon Hyundai dealership today hoping for a walk-in appointment to address an anti-theft software upgrade recall on my car. To my disappointment, despite the service area not appearing particularly busy, they were unable to accommodate me. The staff was polite, but it seemed like their scheduling system lacked flexibility. A more dynamic appointment system could have been beneficial for instances like these. While the dealership was clean and presentable, a little more adaptability and customer-focus would have made my experience significantly better. Would make me think twice if I have to purchase a car from this dealership. More

Terrible communication! I understand the construction is interfering with their ability to update the online tracking, but it took us calling after the service center closed I understand the construction is interfering with their ability to update the online tracking, but it took us calling after the service center closed and a courteous receptionist to find our vehicle was ready for pickup. No messages were returned during the work day. To top it off, when we picked up my car the advisor had left a code reader attached which caused lots beeping, had to turn around and go back. I assume the recall work was completed as reported, but the communication with us was not acceptable. More

I love my new 2023 blue Hyundai Tucson ! Financial Agent (Darian Steele) helped me understand the many documents that needed to be explained and signed by me once I told him the specific car I wanted to buy. More
