Worst auto service experience I’ve ever had! Was told the appointment could take 2 hours to change oil and rotate tires and it was well over 3 hours. Was told a shuttle service would pick us ip during the wait, and that never happened! Other dealerships have comfortable seating for patrons; not so at Brandon Hyundai! Nothing complimentary about this dealership! I like my Hyundai Palisade but with service like this, I would never purchase a vehicle from Brandon Hyundai! More

8:30 appointment for routine maintenance and I was out by 9:45. The staff were nice and there was ample seating even though the dealership is under remodeling construction.
