People are nice, service wait time can be slow depending on the day. I wish they would complete their 27 point inspections properly. My wife had her car done very recent and they didn’t mention anything bei on the day. I wish they would complete their 27 point inspections properly. I checked her cabin and engine air filter today for my own curious check to make sure everything was fine, they were filthy. I don’t think they actually do a complete check. More

My service was good and only had taken 45 minutes. My wife’s service from 6/19 was not so good. Had taken 2 hours and they didn’t do a full 27 point inspection. The only reason I know that for certain is because I checked the engine and cabin air filters and they were horrible looking. Something like that should have been caught on the inspection that you provide. Quite disappointed considering Courtesy Hyundai doesn’t miss those things. More
