I was never noticed my car was ready, attempted numerous times to contact my service rep never got a response as well as attempted to contact the service manager never got a response there either. Both time times to contact my service rep never got a response as well as attempted to contact the service manager never got a response there either. Both time I did speak with someone I was told my service rep and the service manager would be sent an urgent message , no reply. I then tried to arrange for a pick up at 3pm since shuttle stopped at 5 and was told to contact my service rep, since I couldn’t get a hold of him or anyone else my husband had to come all the way across town to pick me up to take me to the facility. Had I not had him I’d have been stranded. This is EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
They were able to schedule us quickly and even provided a shuttle. The only negative was that I was in the shuttle for over an hour (several people were transported) and it only took me 20 minutes to take my shuttle. Had an appointment for an oil change at 10am. Waited until 12 and checked on the car. Had not been brought back to even start the service. They told me 2.5 hours minimum from then.
