1 hour just to check in + almost 3 hours for a SCHEDULED oil change! Also, we scheduled two vehicles (one 30 minutes after the other) and it confused them to no end (even scheduled one under my name and one oil change! Also, we scheduled two vehicles (one 30 minutes after the other) and it confused them to no end (even scheduled one under my name and one under my husband’s — can’t imagine if there were multiple, unrelated “Smiths or Joneses” in the line). My husband asked for a road-test balance to be done on his car as we already had a balance done and it didn’t fix anything — well, they just did a regular balance. This added an extra hour+ of time to that vehicle’s oil change (thankfully I was able to leave in my car and my poor husband waited for his to be finished). And one last thing, bought BOTH cars from this location (+ have had service on both there) and they were surprised when they asked if we have been there before, while looking at their tablet — how is this not under the vehicle’s VIN or something?!? Just overall clueless check-in staff, so makes you question how qualified the mechanical staff is. More

When I pulled up, it took roughly 10 minutes for someone to come help me. Customer service off to a rough start. Not a big deal as long as I got my car before closing, but we called to see the status, and they told us it should be wrapping up soon so head over. So we did. There we waited about 45 minutes (after being told it’d be about 5 more minutes). I eventually saw my car outside just sitting there, which I found odd considering I was told someone would come get me once it was ready. So I walked to the guy who was working with me, and there was a long line in front of his desk of people waiting to speak with him. There I had to wait, again, to get the key to my car. The guy who helped me was nice, yes, but customer service and teamwork at this place is definitely not up to par. More
