I brought my car in for oil change and to rotate the tires. I now know that they did not rotate the tires because the back right tire which slowly looses air is still on the back right. Does that mean they did not change the oil? Not only did it take 1/2 hour to check in, it took several hours for them to do nothing. Why give appointments if it takes 3 to 4 hours for an oil change. I am very upset with the fact they did not do the work they said they did. I had 3 years of free oil changes when I bought the car. Did they do any of the oil changes? More
