They were able to schedule us quickly and even provided a shuttle. The only negative was that I was in the shuttle for over an hour (several people were transported) and it only took me 20 minutes to take my shuttle. I was never noticed my car was ready, attempted numerous times to contact my service rep never got a response as well as attempted to contact the service manager never got a response there either. Both time I did speak with someone I was told my service rep and the service manager would be sent an urgent message , no reply. I then tried to arrange for a pick up at 3pm since shuttle stopped at 5 and was told to contact my service rep, since I couldn’t get a hold of him or anyone else my husband had to come all the way across town to pick me up to take me to the facility. Had I not had him I’d have been stranded. This is EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

I brought my car in for oil change and to rotate the tires. I now know that they did not rotate the tires because the back right tire which slowly looses air is still on the back right. Does that mean they did not change the oil? Not only did it take 1/2 hour to check in, it took several hours for them to do nothing. Why give appointments if it takes 3 to 4 hours for an oil change. I am very upset with the fact they did not do the work they said they did. I had 3 years of free oil changes when I bought the car. Did they do any of the oil changes? More
