Had an appointment for an oil change at 10am. Waited until 12 and checked on the car. Had not been brought back to even start the service. They told me 2.5 hours minimum from then. Left after having waited 2 hours with nothing done. As I waited in line to bring my vehicle in, they had a sales rep coming around trying to sell replacement windshields. Not recommended. More
