Went in for an oil change, and also to update my antitheft. It took a long time for the service to be done and I believe I was forgotten about. They seem to be trying hard but this service center is complete chaos. No waiting room, no inside bathrooms. Not even any water available except for a vending machine. It's been over a year since the cons complete chaos. No waiting room, no inside bathrooms. Not even any water available except for a vending machine. It's been over a year since the construction started. Very little progress being made. Oh, and it took over 3 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation, which I'm not sure actually was done.
