Getting an automated answering service when trying to reschedule was very frustrating. Recommend getting rid of this service and hiring additional people to answer the phones. This location needs to work on their check in process for the service center. Any associate should be allowed to check in the customer. It makes absolutely no sense to have to be checked in by your assigned the service center. Any associate should be allowed to check in the customer.
