I had an appt for 3 recalls car was there 3 hrs and service not done. When I returned for pick up is when I was told I'll need to make another appt for recalls and one being engine related and was told service not done. When I returned for pick up is when I was told I'll need to make another appt for recalls and one being engine related and was told may need replaced. When an appointment was made and I made arrangements with my busy schedule and not one recall was addressed is very discouraging to say the least. I was not impressed with the service department or the lack of communication that the recalls were not addressed as I waited over 3 hours. Of note I also had an oil change as I was told all services would be completed in 2-3 hours which wasn't the case. Poor service compared to Tampa Hyundai More
