Service was subpar at best. This is the 4th time I've taken my car in and there is no surprise that opening the new service drive is no different than the old drive. The most positive part about my experience was Camillo who happened to be the only one the drive to help anyone he saw. Upon arrival, I was not greeted by the two men standing outside the drive placing purple cones on cars. I would normally not care but even my 12 year old niece said, "why don't people say hello? It's free to say hi." Instead, Camillo came out, apologized and took care of us. He explained the advisors, whom were sitting and talking, were busy with other customers. I know they weren't with customers because they were discussing personal matters. I let this all fly since, again, bad service is of NO surprise. Camillo explained that I would get a call the day of drop off to let me know what was wrong with my car. That car never happened and when I called the next morning, the car was done. Upon pickup, I was faced with the same lack of customer service. Only Camillo came to help. I stood in your new lobby without a greeting and the jerk that greeted me passed me off like I was a piece of xxxx. All he had to do was pull up my car. I've been in the field of management and this is not a place I'd want to be associated with. My only option is further from my home. Anyway, I finally meet my advisor who saw me waiting and never bothered to ask if I'd been help. You need to have Camillo teach these people what service is like. He is a pivotal piece to the success of your company. The idiots you have as service advisors are just that...idiots. Reconfigure your service protocols. Your department is called Service Department but I guess costumer service isn't part of the "service" mentioned in the department name. Change your protocols. Get your service advisors off their xxx and on the phone or in the drive so your company can get more respect. Build on the sense of urgency and greeting skills. I can't wait to trade my car in so I don't have to deal with your any longer. More

The staff was nice and the service was quick. They even checked everything I had concerns about outside of my scheduled service. My only complaint with my actual service is that the driver side floor wasn’t protected and it was left pretty dusty. My car was dirtier when I left then when I arrived. I went in for a service and a sales person wanted to go over details regarding trade. I just wanted to get a quick rundown maybe a brochure and it ended up being an aggressive attempt to put me in a vehicle I was never interested in purchasing. Overall, a terrible deal and the main reason why I was hesitant about bring my vehicle here. I was generalized and felt like I was being taken advantage of because the appraisal was a lot lower than what my car is worth in this market. Even the numbers they ran were presented in a way the was “close” to my current payment but none of it was based on my actual financial preferences. I felt like I was in a shark tank.
